I wanted to minimize my get ready times having 2 little ones and always being on the go. I was very happy with my end results, however the receptionist who checked me out gave me care instructions that included some oil thing and a card that said to use it on my eyebrows within 24/48hrs. and to not wet them. I thought it was odd since I thought I had heard no oil based products to help it last but hey being my first time I went off the instructions. I waited the 48hrs on not wetting and started putting the oil on receptionist gave me also after the 48hrs. I noticed within a few days the tint was gone. I thought it was odd so I called. Kylie who I will say was great mentioned I could come in so she can see them in person. She mentioned it happens and they'd make an exception and only fix/redo the tint. I was a bit confused since I'm under the impression this lasts 4/6weeks. I quickly learned that's not the case about the tint, fine but I would expect the lamination to last 4/6wks. I then tell her about the oil thing the receptionist gave me to use and she seems confused and mentions not sure why the receptionist gave you that, no wonder the tint came off. She mentioned that shouldn't have happened and apologized she didn't personally check me out and gave me instructions. It's now been 3 weeks and it feels like everything is fully gone besides the shaping. I'm sharing this simply because I was excited to tell everyone this was something worth doing but $200+ for 3weeks is not worth it at all.

I love my lashes! While I was there, Ashley took one look at my eyebrows and permanent eyeliner and noticed they were uneven. She explained what was wrong with them and how she could correct them. The first place was a bad experience. The application was very painful, and I had to fill in my brows every morning just to make them look halfway decent before going to work. I wanted to get them fixed but was nervous about trusting someone else. Ashley scheduled me for the eyebrow correction the next day. I had no pain at all, and I couldn't believe the difference. My brows finally look the way they should have. I've already booked my eyeliner correction with her. My hair had also become a frizzy mess. Even after two Brazilian blowouts somewhere else, it was still hard to manage. After seeing what Ashley did with my brows, I knew I could trust her with my hair too. I called her at the last minute on a Saturday, and she fit me in for a haircut. My hair looks healthier, softer, and is so much easier to manage. Next Brazilian will be with her too. Nicole at Microblading Corona definitely did an awesome job and made me feel comfortable. She's kind, will talk to you, and made the whole process go smoothly. Microblading Corona is located inside of Studio Salon Suites in the Dos Lagos shopping center. When you walk in, make a left, then a right, and her studio is like the second suite on the left. I really love my eyebrows. I got combo eyebrows which is microblading with tattoo shading because I have oily skin near my eyebrows and forehead. If I would of just selected microblading, the strokes wouldn't of lasted long and would fade. I'm hoping my combo eyebrows last me longer than a year because like I said, having oily skin makes them not last as long as someone without oily skin. As you can imagine, I struggled to achieve perfect brows for a really long time!!!! At first, Lisa took her time designing the right shape for my brows around the bone structure in my face. Afterwards she puts numbing cream to make sure it did not hurt :) Once it was all numb the process begins, first was the outline, and then MICROSHADING! If I ever felt discomfort I told Lisa, and she generously provided more numbing cream. After the appointment, Lisa was very thorough when providing after procedure care instructions. She provided me with a special care cream to help if it from becoming excessively dry or irritated. The healing process went very smoothly. I made sure to make my touch-up appointment early to ensure I reserved a time that works for me and Lisa! After my touch-up appointment the results shocked me. When I was 3 year's old, I was in a car accident that left me with a scar going through my right…read moreeye brow. I have lived my entire life with an abnormal brow and had no choice but to fill it in daily with powder. I have longed for the day that I could wake up and my brows would just be there. Today was that day! I have been doing my research for quite some time but wanted/needed to find someone who had darker brows that had been done by someone local enough. After seeing a friend of mine get her brows done by RG, I KNEW that I was ready to take the leap into the world of microblading. From the get-go, RG was beyond responsive and eased any concerns that I had and was more than willing to work around my work schedule. When I walked into the room, I felt an immediate connection with the person who was about to change my life! She was pleasant and excited and I felt super comfortable! She was patient and had a steady hand while she drew up the first drawing of my potential brow. Not once did she change her tone while I requested "sharper here, straighter there, more curve here." (I almost felt a little guilty on how perfect I wanted them.) I knew I wanted them thick and I wanted them to be exactly how I have been drawing and shading them in for the 20+ years. Once we got to the place where the shape was perfect (and I mean PERFECT) then she applied the numbing cream. We chatted all the while the numbing cream set in. I couldn't help but smile as she began the process. I must admit that again, I felt guilty about not experiencing any pain during the actual session but everyone's pain tolerance is different. Side note: the sound isn't exactly the most pleasant and your imagination might begin to run wild, but fret not! (You are in great hands!) RG would ask me if I was experiencing any pain and would show me the progress. At no point did I feel that she was rushing as I knew the evening was progressing. The time had arrived for the big reveal! I couldn't stop staring!!! I wanted to cry, laugh, jump out of the chair and hug her (all at the same time!) She began to talk to me about all of the post after care procedures, I know I was listening but couldn't stop staring at the mirror ;) She gave me the opportunity to stand up, take a closer look and she'd be happy to make any adjustments and she did! I hugged her once more and practically skipped out of the building. As a working mom of 3 who's time is already stretched thin, I felt that it was a worthwhile investment, not only in myself but to have those extra minutes each morning = priceless. Thank you Areglia!
