Once to get photos printed and another time to get two books binded. Both times, they couldn't get it done within the same day/next day guarantee. And only started when I got there. I had to wait two hours for them to do their job, which wasn't a happy wait...I had to stand in the store during a pandemic with my baby. I called the second time and they said they will get it ready for the end of day (still not fulfilling their end of day guarantee for by 6pm the next day). I didn't get an email to pick up the next day. So they can't be trusted for paying a premium on same day guarantee. And if we don't, I wonder if our order will be forgotten completely.

Yes printers are still important in the real world! It's a tiny walk-in closet sized shop with a few racks holding mostly used & refurbished tech and maybe some special orders. At this time items for service are dropped off at the entrance and you can wait in your car or wander the reassuringly empty concourse. Is this really a 5-star place? Well, YES ...it's literally called "I Supply Ink" and it delivers exactly that and more. A dozen other computer & business services stores I called wouldn't touch printers, many others were totally closed.
