Went here to print an 100 page document from a USB drive, after waiting approx. 15 mins at the…read moreprint desk for assistance ..... an employee walked me over to a printer set my credit card up.....told me to open the file and he would be right back ...he didn't come back..... the printer eventually timed out....so I went back to print desk waited another 10 mins for assistance...got another employee's attention who walked me back over to the printer....opened up the file like I did and told me I had to print each page one by one they could not download the document and print for me and skirted away....after printing 7 pages realizing this will take me all day....I left and went to a Print Shop which is located 2mins away at Morningside and Milner...they downloaded and printed all the pages in file took about total 5 mins. and I was out of there.....very frustrating and disappointing experience at Staples....never again!

He helped us found what would work for our small office within our budget. Delivery service was punctual and courteous. I ended up not satisfied with the quality of one of the desks, I received a replacement the next day without any issue. I have never ever experienced this level of customer services ever. If you looking for furnishings for your office, check them out online or visit their showroom. Their price is really reasonable and quality much better compares to IKEA!

WORST LOCATION EVER DO NOT SHOP HERE…read more Lying sales associates COLLUDING WITH THEIR MANAGER to try to keep customers from receiving their RIGHTFUL refunds and forcing them to put it onto a source gift card. HORRIBLE people DO NOT shop here unless you want to leave the store frustrated and upset IN TEARS. My friend bought a GoPro at this location with a STC gift card and was assured by the sales associate that she could return the item open boxed and receive the money back on the mall gift card. When she tried to return the item a few days later ( WITHIN the 15 day return period ), the SAME sales associate refused to process her return stating that the open boxed Go Pro could not be returned. They told her she could try again the next day when the manager was there and had absolutely NO respect or regard for her time. The return policy on the source website explicitly states that cameras can be returned within 15 days open box. She showed them this policy and they REFUSED to acknowledge this. Excuse me IT'S ON YOUR WEBSITE. How dare you try to say " oh no that's not true ". So fine my friend goes home already very upset and frustrated because the staff are CLEARLY trying to stop her from getting a refund. To be sure my friend contacts the head office of the source is is assured that she is able to return this item and that it is the STORE AT STC that is wrong. Upon returning to the store the next day THEIR STORY CHANGES and now they will not let her receive the return onto the STC gift card which she purchased it on. They completely refused to process the return on the STC card and only gave the option to get the return on a new Source gift card. (EXCUSE ME AFTER THIS AWFUL EXPERIENCE WHO WOULD WANT TO SHOP HERE EVER AGAIN) The manager of the store was involved at this time and they all refused to give her the refund onto the STC card. She headed to the STC customer service stand where she was told that the refund SHOULD go back onto the original form of payment IE THE STC CARD. STC customer service ASSURED her that the Source was not allowed to refuse to process the return. After returning from STC customer service, my friend told them the information she was told and asked them to call STC customer service to confirm. They refused to do so and instead called their manager ( manger left at this point ), and the staff once again we're still resistant to returning the money onto the STC gift card and even had the nerve to threaten that they could process the return but my friend might loose the money as it wouldn't show back up on the card (????????? It will only not show up if you don't actually PUT they money back on). Finally my friends mom had ENOUGH of this and firmly demanded that they process the refund and give them a receipt for proof that they did so and that would be enough. This location is filled with CROOKS trying to keep your money from you DO NOT SHOP HERE. EVER.
