My cousin and her husband both got tattoos at this shop, and unfortunately it was one of the worst tattoo experiences we've ever seen. The line work was shaky, uneven, and not straight. The shading was poorly done, went outside the lines, and lacked proper detail. Areas that were not supposed to be filled in were shaded, while important details were completely missed. During the tattoo, my cousin pointed out several mistakes and missing details. The artist responded by saying, "That's not my fault, what do you want me to do about it? As far as I'm concerned, it's done." When she returned for touch-ups and again showed the issues, he blamed their printer and stated it wasn't his problem. He ultimately refused to do any touch-ups at all. Another red flag was being required to pay before the tattoo was done, which we've never experienced at any reputable shop. My cousin paid $350 for a Jack and Sally tattoo, and her husband paid $400 for his. Given the quality of work and the unprofessional attitude, the prices were completely unjustified. I would give zero stars if that were an option. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else where artists stand behind their work, treat clients with respect, and deliver quality tattoos. This was a lesson for me. I was upset about the pricing from the jump, but it was a special occasion and we do have the most shite economy, but the more I look at my tattoo and think about what I paid for, and the 9 hours total it took for me and my daughter to get 3 incredibly simple tattoos. Marie did great line work, but the pricing and time it took? I feel like a fn idiot. Not to mention the hell I've caught from people when they find out where I went and what I paid. But, I showed patience and respect and kept my promise to always tip artists well. Given what I got and what im paid, i bet my paperwork has my name crossed out with "Christmas fn Bonus" written on top of it. The lesson was learned, and at least my daughter got to learn it early without emptying her pockets. What you should take away from this: if you go, make sure you dont even have a life for at least 8 hours. If she tells you to come back in on walk in day, and tells you to show up early, but theyll see who pulls up first so you dont have to get out and stand at the door for 30 minutes? No, no they wont. It only matters who walks in when they open the door. Get your pricing FIRST. Immediately. Dont let her let you sit around for hours without knowing what her ballpark range is. Whats so messed up? She seems cool AF. Laid back and chill. She cut up with my kid and made her first experience one to remember. She does amazing line work, and knows where to add character. Shes also light handed and doesnt make you feel like youre donating bone marrow. Maybe it was a bad week, idk. But i do know that i cant look at my tattoo without cringing and wanting to kick myself. And its so pretty, too! Just not even close to worth the time and money spent on it. My daughter loves her tattoo. And in a grand world, that would be all that mattered. But its not a grand world, is it? Just be careful going here. The WORST experience. I went in to ask for a quote for a tattoo compared to other shops it was very over priced. $700 for a small not detailed tattoo on my back. After saying I am not willing to pay this much and I would go to the other places I have checked (in a much more polite way than that) I was called fat. This place is overpriced and rude. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! TATTOOs last until you have them removed or covered up! Two of my coworkers went here, I made fun of their tats all day. The bad one has so many mistakes! The other one is/ was so simple, just three bands! Nope, you can see where Anthony went outside of the lines everywhere. Anthony should not be doing tattoos! Five year olds could do better. I came in for the simplest tattoo you can ask for. A heart outline and a single letter. I did not pick, scratch, rub, etc this tattoo at all. It's a tattoo shop, so any language is free & open...No children are allowed. Cash only. There are several artists there who will be glad to tat you up! The shop appeared clean & tidy. I got a tattoo here at the advice of my ex who swore up and down they were amazing. He said it was such conviction, as if he'd seen them do a ton of beautiful tattoos. I should have researched before getting work done here. I learned after getting the tattoo that my ex had only seen them do one good tattoo (not his own either) and had apparently become friendly with that tattoo artists as a result, thus he promoted them like crazy. I got a simple tattoo, but they still managed to mess it up. The last two tattoo artists I've asked that don't work here either said it can only be fixed by a cover up or they don't even want to mess with it. Ink Factor said they could fix it by using white ink to try to hide some of the imperfections, which apparently is amateurish way to go about it. They are friendly, but they don't listen and their work is mediocre. I regret my tattoo and might have to have it removed since I don't want to cover it up with something meaningless just to get rid of the eyesore. I'm just lucky my tattoo is on an area where I don't have to look at it. read more
