I guess that wasn't good enough and he then asked to open the package to verify. His basis was that it is against federal law to ship a firearm, something I am very aware of. He didn't ask any other questions, just preceded to open my package. This may be policy but it is extremely off-putting. I stopped him and asked for my package back. Who knows what they do with the packages once they are dropped off. Taking my business elsewhere. Would recommend anyone who doesn't want their packages opened not to do business with them. I have always left the store satisfied and happy that I stopped in. On many occasions, I've had photo copies including hole punches and additional items needed for my work. A lot of standard office supplies can be found here. I believe they also have a tanning service and little coffee bar in the store. A majority of the items are high priced but that is standard for Watford City. One of the best things about the store is the convenience of getting what you need right away and the customer service. You feel welcomed.

I was pretty surprised how helpful they are. Even for nonshipping stuff, if you have any other business needs and not sure who can do it up here, it's not a bad idea to talk to them about it. If they can't do it for you, they can at least point you in the direction of someone who can.
