My friend Nikki has been wanting her nose pierced for months now but couldn't find a legitimate place to get it done. Finally, I talked to my friend Tasha who recommended Inkorporated Tattoo Studio to me. She said she got her nose pierced there and it was a breeze. I called them up for my friend and they got us right in. Their piercer, Jeff, takes walk ins from 4-8pm everyday. When I called it was around 1pm and he wasn't in yet, but they called him up and he swung right over to do my friends piercing. No hassle. It was so easy. They are very accommodating. Jeff was awesome. My friend was a little nervous about the piercing but he walked her through step by step. He was so chill, friendly, and awesome! The vibes are so awesome at this place. They even have a dog Remy who is absolutely beauuutiiifullll! They also do some amazing tattoo work. Check out the pictures. I wouldn't go anywhere else in central new York for a piercing or tattoo. I do not recommend this shop. Long story short I bought my husband a gift certificate for Christmas…read more2019. We started contacting him on Dec 31 2019 to get an appointment. From December to Covid shut down not once did he provide a design or make an appointment to schedule a meetup or discussion about the tattoo. We asked if he would still honor the gift certificate once Covid was over and he said he would. We followed up with him to see when the shop would open and he said (once it was back open) that he was only taking appointments. We asked a number of different times again for an appointment and again either received no response or no firm appointment. My husband and I asked for a refund since it was $200 that I paid and have not received my services. He told me he didn't have the $200 and even if he did it's not procedure to refund the gift certificates. I spoke with an attorney and we were prepared to take this to small claims however honestly I do t think even a judgement would get our money or our time back that was wasted. In addition to all of this Adam was inappropriate and unprofessional while talking to my husband stating good luck finding another tattoo artist that does the quality of work I do.

He's a professional and the studio is very clean with a really nice jewelry selection. Almost 4 months later I accidentally snagged my piercing and the gem fell out, I brought it in and he replaced it without issues. Can't recommend this place enough! Everyone is very nice. Wish I had all my previous piercings here.
