I have been doing research for a few years about getting a breast reduction and lift. I finally had free time over this summer to take the plunge and find the right place for me to do it. I decided on Inland Cosmetic Surgery for a consult. The consult was $150, but if you didn't use their surgeons, they have a spa where you can redeem the credit for facials, laser hair removal, fillers, Botox, etc. It's nice you don't just forfeit the money! I called Inland Cosmetics and set up a consultation with Dr. Ryan. I picked her because the staff recommended her specifically because they said she is extremely thorough and takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. My consult was a few days after, and I was very pleased with my experience. The facility is beautiful! Downstairs is where the surgical center is, and upstairs is the spa and the clinic. The clinic just got remodeled and is so beautiful inside. The front desk lady was so kind and sweet and checked me in right away. Shortly after checking in, I was taken back by Ariana who I spoke with on the phone. She went through what I wanted done to relay to the doctor and did so thoroughly and with compassion. She's so sweet! Dr. Ryan came in a few minutes later and did a full assessment of my breast area. I told her what I was thinking and she agreed that a lift and reduction would be best for me. She also said that adding in implants would help fill the space and help to give my breasts some lift and volume. I agreed and we decided on 425 cc implants. They gave me my quote, and I put the deposit down later that evening. Fast forward to the day of surgery, I was incredibly nervous. When I arrived, the staff greeted me right away and calmed my nerves. They did the usual vitals, IV insertion, fluids etc to prepare me and then I was taken back. Before I even knew it, I woke up with new boobs! I could not be happier with my results, Dr. Ryan is amazing!!! Dr Ryan even gave me her personal number so I could contact her about any concerns I had along the way. She responded so quickly, it has been an amazing experience. I'm currently 2 weeks post-op, and the bruising has subsided. The recovery for the first few days is rough, but I bounced back quickly. I will be coming back soon for a tummy tuck! I spent $10,000, a significant investment, to feel and look better by having my under-eye bags treated. However, the current state of my skin does not reflect the high cost of the procedure. The responses I've received have essentially placed the blame on me, suggesting what I could have done differently. After spending such a large amount, I was asked for an additional $1,200 to address under-eye issues by adding fat to smooth out the area. BEWARE OF DR. RYAN I had my breast lift and augmentation a little over a year ago. While standing up my breasts look beautiful while lying down. I am horrified by the bumps that now consume the lower part of my breast. When I felt them, I immediately had a mammogram only to find out that it was my breast implant. I told Dr. Ryan on our check up & she immediately noticed the huge protruding bump from my breast. I asked what happened and what are the options to correct it. Her response. " has anyone complained about it? Your husband has he complained? Or is it my own self conscience .." I was stunned & I shared that I tried to avoid him touching it because it's obvious it's not OK. She said it's the saline implant is why it happened. The only way to correct it is to change to silicone implants or add mesh netting. I had saline implants prior for 12+ years and had absolutely no Issues. I just wanted them to be lifted and happy for Me & for My 50th Birthday. I was extremely disappointed by our conversation both professionally and as a fellow woman. In September of 2019 my wife underwent a lift and breast augmentation with Dr. Tower after recovering from a lumpectomy. My wife woke from surgery with excruciating back pain, an elevated pulse of 100, and feeling unable to breathe (she was never warned any of these implications may occur). This went on for 4 weeks until we paid to have Dr. Tower take out a 650 and 590 implant that was originally placed and go with a much smaller Implant. Upon waking from the 2nd surgery, my wife could breathe and no longer experienced back pain. Over the next few months, we noticed her pectoral muscles had been so stretched that her implants were practically in her armpits. After meeting with 3 plastic surgeons following her last surgery, we were unanimously told, "she should have never gone that big with her lift, her frame, and a first time breast augmentation. We also found out Dr. tower is a cosmetic surgeon and NOT a plastic surgeon. (Do your homework, plastic surgeons have much more extensive training.) Dr. Tower reached out to us and told us she wanted to make it right by redoing the surgery and not charging us. We saw her in June of 2020 to set this up and to our surprise we received a quote from Martha for $12,000. I immediately reached out to staff to reiterate that this is not what was discussed with Dr. Tower and that there would be no charge. I was informed that they would look into it and get back to me. It has been nearly a year and to date there has been no response. Throughout the entire process mistakes have been made. Even at her 2nd surgery the incorrect size implants were ordered. After careful consideration, my wife had her surgery done by a local plastic surgeon who fixed most damage caused by Dr. tower. She now has irreversible pectoral muscle damage from them being stretched so much. Do your homework and research the difference between a plastic surgeon and a cosmetic surgeon. My wife has gone through hell and is still dealing with emotional and physical ramifications of this procedure, in addition to the $20,000 we have spent trying to get her to make it right. read more

I booked an over the phone apt and paid the fee associated with booking. I was contacted by the nurse a couple days before and at that point I told her I would be unable to attend the appointment as I had a death in the family and the appointment time was during the funeral. They refused to refund or reschedule. I chopped it up into bad business practices and not caring about their patients and took it as a lessened learned. I am still looking into places to get the procedure I wanted done and the more I've thought about the situation the more aggravated I have become. So I came to yelp to leave feedback on the nursing/desk staff of the facility. I can't actually vouch for the doctor's because I have never spoken to one and can't vouch for their ability or patient care. Explained that "this is not what we are about" and told me she would refund me in the form of a check and explained it would be ready in a few days. I contacted her on the 16th and was told the manager was out of town on vacation and my check was in a lock box and was not accessible and to call back on the 19th. I did. Was told it would be ready Tuesday the 24th but I could call back today (Monday). I was told today that it wouldn't be ready until "probably Wednesday." I'm clearly irritated at this point and demanded an exact date, to which I was told that it was conveniently ready and I could come pick it up. But y'all, the best part is that the check was printed April 6th 2022. Probably just wanted me to remove my initial review and kept MY money as leverage. But in all honesty I wouldn't be surprised if the check bounced. This is by far the sketchiest experience I've ever had with any business. Little late on the review but I had booked an appointment back in 2020 for a consultation. Went and paid the $1,000 down. Set up an appointment months later that I needed to reschedule. I called to reschedule again because I tested positive for covid. Ariana told me it was no big deal we could reschedule again (otherwise I'd lose my deposit, it's not like I had intended on getting sick? Lol) Told me to call her to reschedule. So, I delayed posting my review for years because I wanted to wait until my botched procedure was fixed. Dr.Tower did my breast augmentation and lift in 2021. From the start, I had complications. On my right side I developed a capsular contracture grade 4. The only thing I was told to do was take milk thistle and a heat lamp that I had to check out, but they weren't available. Nothing was done to fix it; no one ever followed up or called to see how I was doing. For three years, I suffered from excruciating pain. My right breast was deformed, and the pain was so great that I needed to wear sports bras constantly, and even touching it was painful. I lost a lot of time with my family because I was continually sick and in pain. I finally had my implants removed, and now I feel back to myself. All I can say is do your research and look up the risks involved with implants. If someone had told me that I could develop breast implant illness or scar tissue, I may have reconsidered . I've heard great things about Dr Tower but unfortunately I wouldn't go any further than a phone call. Her office manager Ariana is so passive aggressive I felt like she basically said can you afford 15k before she even offered a consult. When I inquired about an additional procedure she again told me a shocking price and responded with well each procedure costs. So will this work for you? Well to be honest this is the highest I've ever heard of for inland empire and if that's your price that's fine but for an office manager to tell you that without even seeing a doctor or knowing the severity of procedure is ridiculous!
