One said no, I could only drop off. Another gave me initial info, but then didn't respond when I had the fan. These folks are a bit more expensive but were always very responsive. I'm willing to pay for professionalism. I took it over and they found the fan's connector was cheap and had partially split. They were still able to get it connected and working, saving me the cost of yet another fan. They are friendly, knowledgeable and worth the money.
