I normally don't leave reviews like this, but tonight was disappointing…read more We used to come to Rocket Laundry years ago when we didn't have a washer/dryer, so we returned tonight because our washing machine is currently broken. We understand businesses have closing procedures and cutoff times. That wasn't the issue. Our clothes were already in the dryers and already finished drying around 9:12 PM. I walked to the door simply to retrieve them -- not stay inside folding clothes or holding up closing. The employee locked the door and refused to let us quickly grab our things, telling us we'd have to return in the morning. I explained that I have an autistic daughter and needed her clothes tonight, but there was still no flexibility or compassion shown. Policies matter, but customer service and basic humanity matter too. Especially in a neighborhood where many families already deal with enough stress and rely on laundromats out of necessity, not convenience. We'll know the rules going forward, but this interaction left a really bad impression.

But they are wrinkled. AHHH!! Enter Greer Laundry! Their wash/fold delivery service has a 48 hour turn around! I do not have to do anything but leave out a bag and put clothes away. Thank you for giving back my time, my sanity and my laundry within 48 hours! What a savings this has been!

I have tried contacting them Via Phone call, text messages, whatsapp, telegram and the on time someone did pick up the call they were supposed to meet me the following day and ever since when I call it sent me to Voicemail. In addition almost half the dryers are down and out of order and same can be said in regards to the washing machine.
