During the 2+ years Jimi serviced my home, I never experienced any pest issues, and anything that existed beforehand was quickly resolved and thoroughly handled. Used various products and methods, with exceptional attention to detail. Within 24 hours I can see the total difference! In an instant a service provider loses my business when their response is pointing fingers/not taking responsibility. TJ has been with the company for several years and possesses that rare mixture of character traits that identify him as competent, knowledgeable, well-spoken, and professional yet friendly. His work is really outstanding, and he treats your property with care and respect, as if it is his own. After 21 years of Naval service (and remembering how things used to be), it is refreshing to still occasionally run across high-quality caliber people like TJ. Phil has been our technician the past two treatments and has been wonderful! We've had our fair share of inadequate techs from other pest control companies but Phil is by far our favorite. He is so kind hearted. I've never had someone call me first before approaching my door to ask if it's okay to knock because he knew we have a 5 month old baby and a dog who loves to bark. Then he did the most precious thing- he found out we had just lost a loved one and he took the time to pray with my family! It truly meant a lot to us! I hope he realized how much that meant! We have used Inman-Murphy for years and they are so helpful. Most of the time, we just have some bug issues, but depending on the season, we sometimes have issues with rodents. Technicians are always helpful. Today, Tyler took time to speak to us about our issues (something in the attic!) and offered to come back if we decide we need to be more aggressive. The technician is always prompt and very thorough. I had an issue with roof rats and i was assured they would be able to handle the problem. Since then, I haven't seen anymore roof rats.
