My wife and I spent six days and five nights at the Inn during a recent cross-country trip to Everett and were quite pleased with the experience. It's an intimate little property, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast where you order the night before and they leave it in a basket at your door was very good, a cut above your average hotel buffet where you have powdered eggs and microwave sausage and it's never warm. The location is also perfect for getting around Everett, to Snohomish, to I-5, etc., and is in a scenic spot between the Navy base and the big marina. The staff was very friendly and efficient, especially the elderly gentleman who checked us in. There were a couple of times when the WiFi was spotty, but that was a minor nuisance in the overall scheme of things. We would stay at the Inn again, without hesitation.

WARNING BED BUGS!!!! I crawled into the bed, turned off the lights and immediately felt something crawling on my leg. When I turned the lights back on I saw bugs crawling in and on the bedding. I jumped out of bed as if it was on fire and immediately packed up my belongings. I went down to talk to the front desk where I was greeted by the nicest man I've ever met, Paul. He was super apologetic and offered me a new room. He went up to check the cleanliness of the room before allowing me to transfer rooms which was appreciated. Again, Paul was amazing. The next morning I went down to the front desk and asked for the manager. I told him what I experienced and tried showing him a video of the bugs. He brushed me off in such an egotistical way and said "that hasn't happened in the 7 months of me working here, sorry". I asked him what the protocol was for something like this and he said "we will dry clean the clothes that you were wearing. I was flabbergasted by his lack of customer service. It's almost like he didn't hear me say his hotel has bed bugs. I paid close to $200 to get bed bug bites, a horrible night of sleep and disrespected by the "manager". Paul should be promoted immediately to manager! The manager spent less than 30 seconds talking to me about the situation as if my room was missing shampoo and not infested with bed bugs. The manager is only human but he dropped the ball big time! 0 stars for him. Save your money, save yourself from bed bugs and save yourself from almost catching a case when the manager disrespects you. I almost didn't leave a review due to how amazing Paul was but nobody deserves bed bug bites or bloody sheets. If you're looking for a safe, clean room and a good nights sleep, check out Hotel Indigo next door. Don't waste your time, money or sanity on this hotel. Godspeed to those who risk it.

This place is clean, inviting, and safe! I loved my room and the front desk people were very kind. The bed was comfy, the pillows were too. The linens seemed soft and high quality. Also, they provide this wonderful breakfast delivered to your room every morning in a precious basket. Can you believe it? It was tasty. My one complaint is the hot water is warm water. So don't expect a hot shower.

Found this place on hotel tonight, had to book something quickly for a business trip. It's a nice little hotel on the waterfront - good views of the marina. Very quaint feel. Really friendly staff (Frank) served me, was super nice and helpful. It includes breakfast that they serve to you in your room so that cool, nothing super fancy but nice. Good wifi, cable, and the room was comfy and clean. There are a few restaurants to walk to and a nice little board walk. I would stay here again it was a pleasant surprise, plus a sunny day in the PNW on the water is hard to be in a bad move. Saw a harbor seal.

Very friendly staff, accommodating with room request. Great walkable restaurants. If you need to stay central Everett this is a best choice.

Hotel was beautiful and the night clerk was amazing but the older blonde woman in the morning was extremely rude and passive aggressive.

The resort held the rehearsal dinner in one of their private banquet rooms for about 30 people, and the experience was immaculate. It's easy for service to slip when a huge resort narrows its focus down to a smaller private room, but the catering team was prompt, courteous, and the food was outstanding. Beyond the event, the entire staff--from the concierges to the team on the casino floor--was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The casino area itself felt surprisingly quiet and relaxing. We also really loved the beautiful art and history exhibits showcasing the rich culture of the Tulalip people throughout the property. We traveled with our 2-year-old daughter and booked a Deluxe King. The room was spacious enough that we easily slid the couch next to the bed to create a perfect, cozy "crib" setup for her. Whether you're staying for a major event or a quick getaway, Tulalip handles every detail with top-tier care. Highly recommend!

The breakfast options were not appealing to me, however, with too much emphasis on standard meat fare and seemingly little vegetarian or plain options. Nonetheless, there are many businesses and dining options within walking distance, which was helpful to me operating without a car during my stay.

I immediately reported it to the front desk, and we spent over an hour late at night trying to find a suitable sleeping arrangement for our exhausted children. To avoid any misunderstanding: the fact that Suite 127 was a complimentary upgrade, or that a rollaway bed had previously been provided at our request, does not change the issue. Every bed provided to a guest should be clean and sanitary. The additional rollaway was necessary because the sofa bed was unusable. The General Manager acknowledged in writing that the mattress "should have been identified and addressed before the room was assigned." I am an IHG Platinum Elite member and gave the hotel an opportunity to resolve this privately. I was offered 20,000 points, which I did not consider appropriate given the circumstances. After I requested further consideration, my follow-up emails went unanswered. A serious cleanliness failure and a very disappointing experience. I have photos documenting the condition.
