That being said, I always remembered how friendly the staff is, how communicative they are, and how nice the space was. Eventually it was time to come back and I'm so glad that I did. Not only are all the previously mentioned things still true, but after about four to six weeks I've definitely seen an improvement and a decrease in my back pain. I've seen Dr. Troy and Dr. Heather and I can highly recommend them both. I love how they ask me what's been bothering me, and then noticing a few days or even weeks later that the issue resolved itself or improved. I also like that they do not use a cracking method here. As satisfying as those cracks sound, I prefer their activator technique. It's more gentle and for me, clearly makes an impact. Overall, I recommend this office, for sure!
