I booked an appointment for my husband here. He said that Dr. Lawyer was thorough and just made his first experience at a chiropractor less stressful. He was super nervous and has been putting it off for years. After seeing reviews on Yelp, I picked this place for him and I'm glad I did. He said that the offices were clean and well kept and the registration process was quick and easy. All the staff were really friendly and the room that he was in was like really calming. Dr. Lawyer was playing lo-fi music in the background which was really nice. He said that the room didn't look or feel sterile and medical like he expected. My review is for one of the other medical specialists on staff at TVC. Doug Carr is a credentialed CMT with a neuromuscular accreditation in addition to his Ohio CMT license, training and credentials. This is a very high grade treatment of the muscles and neuropathic system in the body. It is used to treat specific muscles which carry the load of stress in the body and tighten up causing multiple areas of spinal maladjustment which can cause damage over long periods of time, which is what happened to me. My neck was actually pulled out of its normal shape and alignment so badly that I had near constant neck pain of about 7 of 10 and 3-4 full days of nonstop headaches of 8-9 pain. Doug's very first treatment for me wiped all pain for 12 hours and then after 1 more follow-up visit (because the neck was so malformed by chronic stress over 2 year period), he then reduced the pain all the time to about a 1 level. My neck has started a very quick recovery for the first time in over 2 years and I am pain free nearly always now. If you have a high-stress environment or job and you have not found relief, please book with Doug to find out what this advanced healing and treatment technique can do for you or a loved one in pain or just in great stress. I drive four hours a week to see Dr. Bea. And it worth it, because is not hyperbolic to say that he is the best acupuncturist in the State of Ohio. I have spent my adult life suffering from pain that only acupuncture can alleviate. Luckily, I was able to find a practitioner in New York City that did a very particular type of acupuncture called "Dry Needling", or "Trigger Point Needling". It's not pleasant, but damnit if its not effective. For the first time in my life, I found relief from my chronically tight muscles, muscle spasms, headaches, and all the exhaustion that came from tossing & turning every night because of these things. When I moved back to Ohio last year, I was really worried that I would lose the one acupuncturist who made my pain go away. And for the first several months, I was right. No one wanted to go near Dry Needling. But lo and behold, I found Tri-Village Chiropractic, and met Doctor Thomas. The man is as passionate about his craft as I am about the benefits it provides. I see him on a weekly basis, and his combination of Acupuncture, followed by chiropractic work has caused me to rediscover the relief that only acupuncture can provide. When I had to move to Cincinnati, I tried again to find someone who could match his skill. I found no one even coming close, so am now forced to make the 2-hour drive every week (each way!) just to be seen by Dr. Thomas. That is how dedicated I am to this healer. I drive four hours a week. They only charge physical therapy for the appointments. Our insurance has a limited number of physical therapy visits and chiropractor visits. There are codes for each. The office manager is rude, interrupts, and refuses to code and charge for the visits properly. This is my husband's chiropractor. My chiropractor charges correctly for my visits. Should my husband ever have an injury, he will not have the physical therapy visits he needs to recover. The out-of-pocket expenses for physical therapy are much larger than a chiropractor visit. Regardless of how good the doctor is, overcharging and misusing the insurance we pay for is unacceptable. read more

I've had a myriad of low-level health issues for the past five years ー everything from chronic fatigue to daily migraines to constant back pain. I have been going here for years, and honestly the only reason I have not written a review is because it's hard enough getting an appointment. I know, so selfish!! But it is time to share my love and appreciation for this practice. The short review is that they are awesome. If you need a chiropractor or acupuncturist go here. They will fix you. The end. PS. My neck was locked in a strange position, my back hurt and I was contemplating getting surgery on my knee because of the severity of pain. My life changed after Dr. Bea layed his hands on me. With the chiropractic adjustments and massages by neck started to move and not lock and my back felt better. Nothing was helping my knee though. With the surgery looming ahead I decided to try acupuncture because Dr. Bea thought it could really help me. Although the though of needles being stuck in me for 1/2 hours made me sick to my stomach I tried it. At first the acupuncture wasn't doing anything but Dr. Bea worked with me for about 8 sessions until I realized that my knee was barely hurting! Before I had a hard time driving and walking up stairs. Not anymore. 2 more sessions later and I had no pain, just a bit of discomfort. It was amazing. I have been going to them since. My mind is blown. I cannot believe that I haven't reviewed Tri-Village Chiropractic before today. I've been seeing Dr. Bea and the team for months now and if I had to guess, I'd say that I've made about 15 visits since then. I want to keep this one short and sweet... because Tri-Village doesn't need a lot of puffery. At each visit, I feel welcomed from the minute I walk in the door. Each time I visit, Lacey warmly greets me and we chat for a bit before it's time for me to get a massage. She's even super cool when I am late (although I try to not ever be late!) I've never waited more than a few minutes and on the rare occasions that I've had to wait, someone always tells me about it and apologizes. They all get that it's simply about communication! Dr. Bea began with helping me with carpal tunnel related wrist pain through acupuncture. He was patient with me as we got the pain taken care of. However, soon after, I began having shoulder pain too and we decided we should try something different. We switched my treatment from acupuncture to chiropractic and honestly, I've never looked back. Dr. Bea explained all of my treatment options and what results he expected to see with each visit. Even as I progressed from weekly visits, to bi-weekly, to monthly before finally settling on every 5 weeks or so, Dr. Bea constantly kept talking with me about how he felt about my progress... again, it's about the communication. He also recommended that I begin seeing the on-site massage therapist, Michelle, as part of my treatment. When I arrived for my first 30 minute massage, I told Michelle that I had never had a massage before... IN MY LIFE. She stopped and talked with me about what to expect and answered all of my questions (communication again!). Moving back to the area I had to find a new massage place , dr office and Chiro office that takes my insurance, after calling around to see who in the area takes my insurance I came across trivillage. I had left them a message about scheduling an appointment on Friday and the lady there I believe she said her name was kayle returned my call and was very helpful and ran through all my options for payments which was nice of her to take the time because I was getting nervous that no one took my insurance. I've been wary of seeing a Chiropractor forever because of bad experiences by family members. From extreme pain to kooky 'doctors' who tried to suck their patients into buying into this healthy food pyramid scheme thing. So I took to my insurance provider's site to find an in-network Chiropractor and get checked out for the extreme migraines I'd been experiencing. I found Tri-Village Chiropractic and its proximity to my work was perfect, so I set up an appointment for the next day. From Day 1, I have been extremely impressed. From the front desk staff, to the therapy techs to Dr. Beau Lawyer, I have received incredible and comforting care. I learned that I have a 42-pound head due to my forward head posture. It's bad, and thankfully we caught it early and no premature aging is in my neck. My C2 vertebra was turned, and after ONE adjustment, my headaches virtually disappeared. Every step of the way has been explained and my fears have diminished very quickly. I highly recommend visiting Tri-Village Chiropractic for all your back/neck needs.
