Went there with an open mind, but still doubting hypnosis. But came out of there as a new person. Have been trying to lose weight since I was in my teens, but will power never held out for more than one week. Went to see Jagi Egnell at Innervisions Hypnotherapy Clinic about a month ago at her home, now she has an office and she put in such good suggestions. Exercise a thing I did not know about or rather didn't care about, before I went to see her, is something I now really enjoy. My eating habits, just changed overnight. I went from drinking soda to drinking water. Absolutely amazing. Just in the last month I have lost 20 pounds. WOW! I am just amazed at what a good job she did. She also helps with so many other issues and I will definately be seeing her again soon. read more
