I went to Michelle as she was in the area and wow...what a difference...anyone else I had talked to had more of the sounding board approach and showing support which is fine, but when I went to Michelle she explained why everything was happening, I would get homework at times which I like, book suggestions, audiobook and meditation suggestions, I felt like I was taking a course in counselling and so much finally made sense to me, so many things answered instead of other counselors I saw that where "that must have been difficult for you" "how does that make you feel" "well...these things happen in life and it's good you came to see me".
