It was the least they could do after screwing over 105 people! Sheree, Kathy, and Gregg, 3 of the many career counselors at Ratliff, were simply amazing to work with. Sheree led the introduction course to explain the services they offer and how each person would be assigned a counselor to help them with their resumes, interviewing, networking and more! Their training seminars on LinkedIn, Networking, Interviewing,and Negotiating the Job Offer were very useful and informative. Kathy was my assigned counselor and she did a great job of helping me restructure my resume and run through some mock interview questions. She was quick to respond to emails and return phone calls and I sincerely thank her and the rest if the R&T staff for helping me land my new job! I'll take the ideas I learned and carry them on through the rest of my career. I'm not sure what they would charge for their services, but give them a call! They're a great bunch of people!

My rep puts blame on everything else but herself and her department for each time they don't register pto or short you on your pay and claim they'll make it up next check. Their employee portal gives you zero information about your assignment. The paystubs lack all kinds of information and show the bare minimum of information. They don't give you a way to see your hours worked or logged. They claim it's all up to the employer. I guess it's cheaper to hire a headache of a company rather than pay your employees outright for overtime they've earned! Everstaff as a whole doesn't offer any benefits. If they do they never answered my email or shared links to where I can access them. Overall I'm disheartened to work under them. I like my job post but feel annoyed and upset with the constant battle the staffing agency offers.

I called them back to return their call and no answer so I left a voicemail message along with my name and call back number but no one called me back. I called back again but no answer left another voicemail message along with my name and phone and email address but they didn't call me back. I even text them to tell me to call me when they are available but no reply back. So today I called them earlier this morning again no answer but I didn't leave them a message but I did reach out one last time but this time I reached out to the operator to have them to connect me to that person and they answered. "Hmmmm!" To sum it all up... It was a complete waste of my time because they were like your resume doesn't match our client qualifications but we can keep your resume on file for future opportunities.... I'm like after I submitted my job application to that position they seen my full resume before they decided to reach out to me so WHY WOULD YOU REACH OUT TO ME DIRECTLY IF MY RESUME DIDN'T MATCH NOR MEET YOUR CLIENT QUALIFICATIONS !!!!!????!! SMDH !!!? That's Complete BS to me! That's the reason they got 2 dry stars on the reviews because they have some very unprofessional job recruiters who clearly doesn't take their job seriously nor their clients needs. If you want to work for an agency with little to no…read moregrowth in your field, a small pay raise, harassment and no representation from management or HR, being placed in unsafe work conditions at the whim of the company because it's "corporate culture" then Actalent (from Aerotek) is the place for you. There is no representation when the company abuses you, there is barely enough that will do their job when it comes to reaching out to them for information. Management and HR will threaten you into silence and even hint to just 'get lost' if you report issues in the company. You can expect retaliation within the next week or two afterwards just as a reminder of your place, wage slave. It's like a club where you're not allowed to join and because you're not part of the 'in' crowd, they treat you with contempt. One of the worst companies I've worked with. No work reviews when requested, minimal pay increases, harassment from management and HR that they can barely hide their contempt at times, and slow to respond to inquiries like on PTO. If the company says you did something wrong, they will bring down the hammer and not even listen to your case, doesn't matter if the person was lying and can be proven. The trick they also use is by hiring "at-will" employment you can be let go whenever. So they intentionally will not tell you all the guidelines and proper procedures to follow, so when you make a mistake or end up crossing them, it gives them an excuse to fire you while not making it look less blatantly like harassment from retaliation or pettiness. And naturally they will happen to "forget" or not be around to answer those questions in the first place, because they have only disgust for the employee, especially one that asks questions regardless if your health is on the line.

Even if someone has their resume uploaded online, don't call them at their current employer...seriously desperate and NOT PROFESSIONAL!

Not sure when I have been so insulted and disrespected. Every response I gave to questions were honest however, I was discounted and berated by this person. I finally stopped speaking. To which this person also took offense. Her final statement to me was, "I am the most negative person she has met in a while. So here are the tests I want you to take so I can send you on the job interview". Do yourself a favor, if you have any self-esteem or self confidence avoid this place.
