We had some work done on an upstairs outdoor deck due to leaking and rotting wood. This was a…read morelittle over two years ago. The decking was replaced and we thought the leaking was fixed. Recently water was once again leaking in to the first floor living area. We did call this business but they were unresponsive to our needs. So I looked for another contractor to help with the leak. Upon their inspection it was discovered that the drain that was replaced on the deck was higher than the surrounding floor so water never drained. There was a huge amount of standing water causing the deck to once again rot. Flashing was not used at the edges to ensure that water didn't get in. Water was leaking at the edges against the wall. We had to have the flooring taken out, flashing added along with caulking and tile put in. We are very disappointed at the money spent just two years ago only to have to redo it. At least we now have it done correctly.
