I've done Reiki a couple of times before but never felt a huge difference. With Deborah, it was different. During the session, Deborah asked questions to understand my needs and concerns. She was positive and warm, and made me feel very comfortable. She also introduced me to flower essences, which I hadn't heard of prior. During the healing session, I yawned a lot (like I was releasing a lot of repressed energy!). Afterwards, I felt relaxed - it was clear that the session truly worked although it wasn't done in person, which I was a little nervous about at first. Deborah also quickly followed up after our session with additional information and promptly responded to a follow up question I had about flower essences. It's been four days since our session, and my chronic neck pain that I've had for 10 weeks is significantly better - in a way my chiropractor couldn't help. I'm really glad I made the investment in my healing session with Deborah and now understand why she has so many positive, genuine reviews (she's not compensating us or giving us discounts to write these, like some businesses do!). I'm very grateful to have found Deborah - she is truly gifted.

That's because I remembered that I had gone to her back in 2014 during a very tough time in my life. I was going through marital problems and I was torn on whether I should stay in the marriage or to leave it. I was conflicted in a big way, but Alexa helped me get clear on what my heart really wanted, and encouraged me to 'lean in'. I had been terrified at the thought of leaving the marriage, but our session gave me the courage to ask for a separation (and eventual divorce) that had been overdo. I could barely understand a word she said, and it seemed she could barely understand me, a native English speaker. Additionally, and far worse, after we "agreed" what would be discussed/worked on in the therapy, she just decided to do her own thing and tried to convince me my "mother" abused me (despite being raised by a single father) and that's why I have anxiety. It was traumatizing to have a "professional" lie to me like that in a position as vulnerable as hypnosis. A red flag is that she kept using the word "repeat customer" to describe her regular patients. I don't believe she sees her clients as people to help, but as cash cows that she takes advantage of.

I don't care if it is real or fake, I just did not want to continue to live under the shadows of insomnia and depression. My Insomnia: I have suffered from insomnia for about 3-4 years or so, sleeping at most 3-4 hours a night. There are many many nights, I cannot sleep at all. During the worst time, I couldn't sleep for 3 days straight! I will never ever forget that hellish feeling and those experiences that led me to it. I tried two kinds of prescription pills. One totally failed to work. The other one stopped working after the 1st time. So I gave up on prescription pills. My first session with Mitsu After the first session with Mitsu, I went home and slept better that day. After that, I immediately booked a 6 full package session with her. Because I feel very confident that it will help me with my insomnia. That was exactly what happened. I am going to skip all the details of my hypnosis sessions. Some of the stuff that came out changed my perception of reality forever. You have to be open to experience the hypnosis yourself. Overall, it felt like some super heavy junks were lifted from my soul. My healing journey did not stop with Mitsu. After that, I tried Reiki (also first heard about it from Mitsu). I continued to explore different modalities of healing. Since I first met Mitsu, I now felt like I have been reborn as a person. I also felt like Mitsu was the first human being that guided me to the path of healing. Thank you!
