Dr. Rihal recommended cluster shot therapy which is less heavy on the immune system. I almost went to Kelsey Seybold fort bend for shots and I'm glad I didn't. Kelsey Seybold: -No skin test if you have dermatographia. Used a limited 19 panel blood test even though there's a bigger panel for blood tests. (Not as accurate, showed I was more allergic to dogs than cats even though I have severe cat allergies and I have no symptoms with my pet dog). -prescribed me epi-pen, famotidine, otc meds, and prednisone. -wait 30mins after shot. -compete for parking every time. And I end up not parking close. -inflexible schedule and you have to go to a far campus for cluster therapy at 8am and schedule a month in advance. They also don't do cluster therapy very often (not very experienced). West Houston Allergy: -Could do a skin test even with dermatographia (prescribed prednisone) (more accurate results) -less medication used. Prescribed me prednisone and otc medications. -wait 20 mins after shot -Parking in Richmond location is easy and quick to find a close one. -flexible schedule. Cluster shots can be done in any location. Can schedule in the next week. Overall, I'm glad I went with Dr. Rihal for immunotherapy shots.

My husband had an appointment with Elizabeth today at Dr. Ludwick's office. He received a new CPAP…read moremachine but was hesitant about using it. It has all the new bells and whistles, and he was overwheImed by it. I called the office to let them know he needed a less complicated machine, but Elizabeth asked if we could come in and let her guide him through using it and after, if we still wanted to change, they would proceed forward. I just wanted to take a moment to share how impressed we were with her today. She was so nice while helping my husband learn his CPAP machine. From the moment we walked in, she was patient, had such a positive attitude, and was incredibly knowledgeable. She broke everything down in a way that made the entire process feel simple instead of overwhelming. She didn't rush a single step -- she made sure my husband understood not just what to do, but why each part of the setup mattered. Her calm confidence and positive attitude made such a difference. Because of Elizabeth, we were able to keep the new CPAP machine. It's rare to meet someone who combines technical expertise with that level of kindness, patience, and clarity. I recommend trying to schedule ahead as he typically is booked, but I have been able to make same day appointments which has been a huge relief for me. The location is pretty nice for me as well since it is not in a busy area so I can always get to and from the office without having to deal with tons of traffic. This office has ample parking and the other offices in this complex also offer services that I might be interested in too. The office for West Houston ENT & Sleep Center is very clean nice seating area and always a great selection of music playing while you wait. This place could get 10 stars if I was able to!
