Dr. Silver was different. He put me on a whole regiment meant to actually fix me instead of get me out of the office. I'm now visiting his office monthly for allergy shots, but last week when I went in all stuffed up, he dropped what he was doing and put me on another plan. He genuinely seems to want to make me feel better. I greatly appreciate it. I was only given options for a Endolymphatic Sac Decompression (ESD) surgery from Dr. Smith. I was given no other choices for this condition. I got the surgery because I was desperate, which was a BIG mistake. I had complications afterwards where my ear had a flow of blood and would not stop bleeding for over 48 hours, which Dr. Smith blew off as normal and did not want to address it. Needless to say my vertigo is much worse now, and I have a continuous dizzy feeling and vertigo that comes and goes almost daily.

Made an appointment WEEKS ago with this office for Dr. Vogelsang, I specifically asked for him when…read moreI called because he is an ENT and who I saw as a child and that's who I was calling for, got to the office for my appointment, my appointment was for 2:30 they told me to be there at 2:15, at 3:45 the receptionist comes over and says "Dr. Given is running behind he will be with you next" i said i'm not here for dr. given Im here for Dr Vogelsang, I go up front, she says "im so sorry the girl who scheduled you is new, she put you with dr given" I told her it was fine, no big deal, but since I left work for an appointment I needed a slip saying i was here, The RUDEST nurse i've ever met in my life came out and said If i didn't see anyone they weren't going to give me a slip, i advised her it wasn't my fault I didn't see a Dr, they didn't book me correctly which the front desk clerk admitted, so she comes out with a slip that says "the PATIENT cancelled her appointment with us today" I told the clerk this was unacceptable, I cancelled because I was booked with the WRONG doctor who didn't treat what I was there for, after waiting another 20 minutes they came out with a slip that said I rescheduled, I took the slip because I was done arguing, but now I get docked at work for the offices error and the nurse wouldn't even come out and speak to me herself. very poor office procedures I will not be returning!

I actually saw them in the office rolling their eyes, making annoyed gestures, and loudly sighing at another patient over the phone. This is your job, ladies. People call you to try to get relief from pain and suffering, not to screw up your day.
