We had paid a visit based on the large quantity of items on the website but apparently very little of this is actually kept in stock which is rather disheartening for my kids especially who were excited to look at parts for their scooters. The member of staff seemed a bit unsure of himself and tried selling us alternatives that were in stock (probably so they didn't have to order anything) what they seem to fail at understanding is that the customer does know more about what they want than the staff does. We were however told that we could order the parts online and either have them available for collection in store or have them delivered. At first this sounded like a good idea but upon looking through the website for parts, the T's & C's, delivery times etc... once again we found ourselves disappointed. The fine print on the website like the T's & C's make me feel like they have been intentionally worded like they have to confuse the customer. Delivery times are far too long especially considering the postage is £10 a 5-10 day delivery time for simple items is just to long in my honest opinion. My advice, if you are not bothered about delivery times and the cost of postage then by all means use Demon Xtreme. If you are however looking for faster delivery at a cheaper rate then you are best off looking elsewhere and you can easily find other companies with a quick google search.

Decathlon is the best sports shop there is both for value for money and range of stock…read more You won't believe the amount of stuff in there and we can easliy spend a couple of hours just browsing. They sell everything from football stuff to hunting, shooting and fishing. During the winter months they have a cheap and extensive range of ski wear and ski equipment and you can kit out the whole family easily. In the summer this changes to beach stuff and hiking gear such as boots, trousers and jackets. If you can't find what you need here it probably doesn't exist.

I bought a pair of football boots for my son. After using them just one time we found that a stud…read morewas missing - fallen out in the grass. Now the boots are very uncomfortable to wear. I then took them to the store for a return. They refused on the basis that I should have screwed them tight before wearing them, being utterly oblivious to the fact that the boots were not fit for purpose when we bought them. If I was supposed to screw them tight before wearing them, why did the shop assistant not ask me to do this? Better still, why didn't they do it as they checked the boots' size before we bought them. It would have taken no more than 30 seconds. And best of all why doesn't the factory (Adidas) make them so they are actually screwed in properly. I will never walk into to this dreadful shop ever again.

I pop in every few months whenever I'm in London and tend to get a genuine branded t-shirt for £12 which would surely cost me twice as much elsewhere. Friendly staff as well, what's not to like?
