The lady that did them for me basically butchered my nails. I have jagged edges on the side of my nails (see photo). She filed them horribly. She even gave me attitude when I winced from pain when she cut me a few times with the machine. She said that they do air brushing for French tips before I started the whole torturous refill but when it came time to do it she tried to use nail polish instead. When I questioned her she asked a co-worker to tell me in Mandarin that they don't do air brush for French tips. I ended up getting one solid colour painted on my nails because she didn't know how to do my French tips properly via nail polish. Best part is that she kept on making cracks at me in mandarin. I pretended that I didn't understand what she and her co-workers were talking about. If I do for whatever reason go back to this place...I am definitely not going to that woman.

It was about $85 with taxes. i asked why and they charged my daughter the price of a regular manicure. I then asked why again bc i had told them not to push her cuticles, or any of those fancy stuff but just to put purple, the lady who did my daughters nails goes "she wanted design" at this point i freaked out and said OF COS SHE WANTS DESIGN SHES 3, how about asking me first? So i told then i refuse to pay more than $5 for my daughter and of cos they started talking and laughing in chinese. I told them to take the "design" off and i dont care if she cries, they said no continued talking in chinese and laughing and told me "they dont usually do services for free but be u r upset." WOW SERIOUSLY? So i paid for my pedicure but i never go back here.

I believe the price for a set of tips with biogel starts at $60 and is increased at $5 increments depending on the length. My long set was $70. (UV gel pricing is about $10 less.) For a biogel fill, I had my nails filled but filed quite short. I paid $45. Keep in mind, some of the chairs are close to the mall side and you will definitely have people walking by and hear sounds from inside the mall / food court area. This is by no means a luxury nail salon but they get the job done.

When her other co worker came in, she sat right next to us and they started having a whole conversation in mandarin with each other. Her attention to detail is not the best, and when I was told to wash my hands, I noticed one finger had a chip already, and asked her very politely if she can fix that one corner; in mandarin she said I was meddlesome, which is pretty much the same saying in Cantonese, as she proceeded to fix my nail. Maybe if she had paid more attention to her own work and stopped talking and getting distracted with her co worker, then she wouldn't have done such a sloppy job.
