This is by far the best Veterinary Centre I have ever used. Why oh why did they not get the best vet of the year last year. I have had animals all my life and seen a few vets in my time but INCHES top of the lot they are friendly caring love your animals as much as we do they know your name as soon as you walk in the door. I just can't fault them, they delivered my puppies with constant communication over the phone when my bitch Connie was in labour. She had all the mediacal checks whilst in labour they were absolutely brilliant. My babies 3boys and 2girls were perfect and I took the mum and babies back for regular checks and they were always pleased to see me. You can not put a price on your pets life, they are your family and all the staff at Iches know how much you adore your pets. I have never came across such friendly and caring staff. I have used vets in the past that just treat your pet as just another animal to see on the day not good. I worried so much about having to pay such a large bill obviously because Connie had to have a C Section Not a problem they were so understanding and helpful and allowed me to pay the bill in installments I don't know where I'd be without them. I have had to visit them on a regular basis due to one of my pups being run over which is owned by my niece they have been absolutely superb !! The pup has had to have weekly treatments daily and now the puppy is back on to the road of recovery only thanks to INCHES. My cat was attacked by a dog and again NO problem and went out their way to help me arrange payments for the treatment Brilliant!! They don't look down on you because you can't afford to pay outright they understand! I phoned around every vet in Inverness for price comparisons when I moved here to see how the receptionist was over the phone attitude and information etc and Inches shone through with flying colours!!!!! And by the by they are the cheapest in Inverness!!!!!! But as I said; you can't put a price on your pets' life can you! Day or night Iches Staff are there for you They all deserve AWARDS! and the owner of the Surgery is proud of her staff and quite rightly so!! So if you are looking for a Vet INCHES is the one to chose Don't hessitate Use Them ! read more
