Bought both my serger and sewing machine there and have bought several refurbished machines for community organizations. I drive from Toronto to get my machines serviced and scissors sharpened there. They are that good.

I took an embroidery machine in last year to be fixed, when I picked it up it was still not working…read more,so I had to take it back, this year when I took it back for a cleaning,it came back unusable, it's banging and clanging,he put some cheap plastic foot on it the squeaks and sounds like a train coming threw my place. The embroidery designs will not even sew right. The tall blonde lady was stuck up with me, took my money and didn't tell me they ruined my machine, so today I have to throw it out. I won't be back there , and would NOT recommend this place.

I considered it a treat going there. Linda is not only amazingly talented she is incredibly helpful. I tell her what I want and she puts the package together without me even having to think. lol. At first I was heartbroken when I learnt she was moving her store to Orangeville but now it is even a bigger treat to go to see her at her store. I am so happy for Linda and her new digs. She still puts everything together for me,knows my taste and lets me know when a yarn she knows I will love comes in. Now my biggest fear is if she ever retires.
