I had an appointment scheduled for 7/17. When I arrived at the office to check in, the woman at the desk seemed to be fumbling around. After a few minutes she proceeded to tell me that they had no appointment for me that day and that someone called me to change the appointment for the 23rd. At that point, I informed her that I never received any calls at all either on my cell or home number and there were absolutely NO messages left on either. The receptionist was a bit snippy with me. I had the appointment card with me for the 7/17 date and time on it , held it up and showed her and then she insisted that someone called. I told her if they had, it wasn't my number they called. Anyway, I said I did not want to get into a further discussion and that I would get back to them if I wanted to reschedule. The receptionist at the desk was rude, never once apologized or said that they were sorry for the 'so-called mix up'. She was very uncaring and dismissive. I was shocked that she had no compassion at all and just wanted to get out of that office. Thinking it over on my way home, I made the decision not to go back to them and change to a new Dermatologist which I did. I notified them several times via text and then called them to inform them I was no longer going back to them. I finally received 3 calls back for a couple of different reasons and never once was asked why I was leaving nor apologize for the appointment mixup. I absolutely will not recommend Skin Wellness at all. My suggestion is that the front desk receptionists, etc, all get professional customer service training.

I went to this place because it advertised Emsculpt for the arms. I get there for my treatment and decide to do my arms and back fat with this machine called Alma that's supposed be used for burning fat or fat reduction. $800 later I saw not one tiny change. They said if I really wanted to see a change to go back for several treatments. Why would I want to go back for so many $800 treatments when you see absolutely no change with one treatment? If I knew better, I would've saved that $800 in my pocket and saved it for airsculpt which permanently and drastically sucks the living fat out of you and forever. Please don't spend your money. If you want to try it, just know you will not see results and you will just throw your money away. The staff was nice though. I wish she would've been honest and said there's no way you'll see a different in fat reduction with the machines we use on the arms or back fat.
