This place feels like they have an Army of staff, constantly checking the locker rooms and quiet room, cleaning up after guests. Everything was so clean. I will spare the internet from my personal dramas, but I also had a family emergency the day of my service. My husband had called the spa to pull me out of my massage. It was 30 minutes into my first service, and I had to cancel my whole day. The staff were more than professional, they were genuinely caring and kind to me as I was crying, they were even going to drive me to the hospital. Today, when attempting to use the last gift certificate, I was informed that it had expired because I only had 60 days from my final monthly payment date (4/13/26) to redeem it. However, the gift certificate itself clearly states that it is valid until 10/22/26. The assistant manager, while polite, proudly presented a copy of the cancellation agreement and insisted that I had agreed to the 60-day limitation when I signed the form. Unfortunately, she appeared to have no authority to resolve the issue and demonstrated little understanding of basic customer service principles. Based on previous reviews, it seems this is not an isolated incident. The discrepancy between what customers are told, what is documented on the gift certificates, and how the business ultimately handles these situations reflects a pattern of deceptive and unprofessional practices. Long-term customer loyalty appears to hold very little value here.

I have been putting off this review, because frankly I'm not even sure where to start. But before…read moregoing into more detail I will say this: Dana is an absolute EXPERT in her field! A little bit about me: I have been getting my lips filled for the past 7 years or so. My natural lips are extremely thin and have no shape to them. When I went to see Dana, I had not touched them in about a year. The filler I had was migrated well above my natural lip line. I have been told by many injectors, one of which was an MD, that I would never be able to achieve the lip shape I wanted without getting a surgical procedure called a lip lift. When I went to see Dana, I was feeling self-conscious about my lips. I knew what other injectors had told me; my lips were hard to fill and had branded them as "difficult". Working with Dana was a completely different experience. She actually works with you and goes over a plan in detail to achieve your goals. She has a fantastic eye as well. She is what I would call a "conservative" injector. I believe she's prides herself on giving her patients the most natural look possible; a sometimes hard to find quality in the aesthetics industry! After several minutes of really listening to my concerns and evaluating my lips, she said she would not feel comfortable putting any more filler into my lips without first going in and dissolving the filler that had migrated above my top lip. I wasn't thrilled to hear this, as I have had my lips dissolved before and it was a very painful and uncomfortable experience that yielded disappointing results. However, after talking with her I decided to go with her recommendation. The dissolving process was no where near as uncomfortable as my previous one. She puts an additional numbing agent into the dissolver that makes all the difference to an otherwise very unpleasant experience! To wrap up my lip filler experience, I will say this: I have never been so confident with how my lips look and have cancelled my surgical consultation!!! She was able to give my lips a beautiful shape and get my lip to "lift" enough that a fantastic amount of pink shows in my upper lip (which I didn't think was possible after talking with several different injectors). Dana has educated herself with the industries top injectors and was able to use the latest techniques to give me my desired look!! I am beyond thrilled and would recommend her to anyone. Like I said, I have been to so many different injectors and she is BY FAR the best I have ever been to. She has a fantastic bedside manner as well :) Thank you Dana!!
