Our roof was vintage 1994 and we didn't want to put 39 panels on that old roof so they cut us a nice combo deal and we now have a new roof and solar! Super responsive. We live in the Mountains and they had absolutely no issues making the trip up. It took longer than we expected due to permitting and inspection delays that were not their fault. In the end they pushed hard and got everything done by the end of the year to get us the tax credit. So happy with these guys!

Kyle the sales man just came to sale a contract with a bunch of promises they didn't fulfilled. First of all he told me I was going to get a nest thermostat that was a smart one and instead they installed a Honeywell(a lot cheaper) have I received any type of credit for that no! They installed the roofing in August and I let Kyle know the roof had some leaks that it was wetting my stuff and said they were going to send someone to fix it and never did. I asked him what was going on and he stopped answering my TXT not even to tell me if he was still in charge of my project or not. We installed an AC unit with them they installed it in August, but the guy who installed it said Blue sky needed to send an electrician well the unit was out there for like a month and a half and they keep saying they will be sending people who didn't even know what was going on with it. After I didn't heard from anyone in Denver, I contacted customer service and let them know that no one was giving me answers in here and that I have leaks on my roof and that the AC unit was just sitting outside without us being able to use it. Michelle try to help a lot, but still the contractor they sended to fix the roof didn't do anything and in fact the guy said I was trying to remove a cooling unit I have had for years and they told me I was going to have to pay extra for this, when I never had problems with that until they changed the roof and left those leaks. I told them I wasn't going to release the last check until they fix that because 2 moths have pass and no one was able to do anything. Nothing was done until Lucy And Shannon came by to pick up the last check from the insurance that was when I explained all the issues I have had for the last 2 moths an a half and they were able to send someone to fix the leaks. Solar panels they installed half of the solar panels under a tree I'm not sure if they are gonna produce because most of the day there is not too much sun light over there, but we will see. Lucy is helping me a lot she is answering my questions and assisting me in what I need I would say ask for her she is really good.

I work from home and I have a sign on my front door saying, do not knock or ring doorbell because I…read moream working from home. In the middle of a meeting with my boss, I have to get up and go to the door because I think it's an emergency since someone is knocking. No, just someone trying to sell me on getting a new roof with this company. If the people going door to door can't read a simple sign and follow directions.I don't want them doing my roof so I will make a point of never doing business with this company.

Integrity? Hardly…read more Long list. Lowlights. Being lied to, repeatedly. Requirements for the work, neighbor's property, start times, dates. Every one of these, fail. Listen carefully.. caveat emptor. When the customer is made to feel that it is their fault, ALL, not just overall, but in specifics, quite stunning. Let me repeat, when a customer is made to feel it is their fault, in details... run. The company has no problem in this behavior. Roof at points leaked from the start. Had them come out under warranty, actually soon after completion, to deal with. Nope. Still leaks. Reached the last straw of frustration. Wanted them no where near the property as enough was enough. Speaking of leaks, had perfectly fine gutters, put in place by a top shelf company. integrity did not reinstall the gutters on day of completion. Result being we had the Colorado monsoons cycling up, and our basement flooded. Twice. Had to call more than once to push them come back and get their work done. More excuses (excuses were constant throughout). That they sub contracted this out and blah blah blah. Another in the long line of blaming anyone but themselves for their work. Anyway, finally reinstalled perfectly fine gutters, and there were several leaks. Never had this before. And another basement flooding. Result being perfectly fine gutters rendered unusable. Much more detail but, why? Will add not my words but of others. When talking with insurance company months after, roof replacement came up. Leading to "we're not supposed to discuss with customers companies... pointed to favorites. But off the record, integrity would not be a company on a recommended list of..." and tapering off for obvious reasons. It was clear integrity would be on the list to avoid. Finally, in the last few days in a discussion with a roofing company for a neighbor, who's good and not good came up. Imparted that we'd had a really poor experience. Fellow said let me guess... and named two companies. integrity being the first one. Their words. Not mine. Am still picking up old roofing, nails.... One of two worst customer experiences of my life.

We are buying a new house and the sellers hired Jackson Homes Roofing and Contstruction to put a…read morenew roof on the house. I called and talked to them to see if I could pay the extra to have class 4 shingles used. They were very helpful and explained everything to me. They were willing to wait for closing for me to pay and were very nice to work with. They got the roof on quickly and got the solar panel brackets inspected and the panels put back up and it looks fantastic. I'm very happy with the work done and the customer service. I highly recommend them.

Triton replaced our roof a few years ago which was a bit of a chore because they had to take off…read moreand reinstall our solar panels. It was a seamless experience. They also found and fixed vent problems that has been overlooked by previous roofers in our 40 year old house. They did more welcomed wildfire mitigation. So we weren't surprised when they came highly recommended from a friend when it came time to put in solar batteries. They were the most helpful and cooperative of all of the businesses we interviewed. AND they returned phone call and emails promptly. Courtney was exceptional, what a delight to work with, she needs a raise. She researched our detailed power usage at CSU and helped us find savings in our usage. The electrical crew that did the work was friendly, efficient and answered all of our questions as they worked. Highly, highly recommend Triton

Everyone is friendly and professional and the customer service exemplary! I wish every other business were like Triton!
