My Insight Global experience has been 100% positive, i started contracting for Insight Global in August of 2012, i saw a great deal of professionalism from day one, the recruiters seem to have genuine interest in my career. Abby and Nathan took their time to find me a great position in just 2 weeks, it was such a perfect fit, in less than 4 months i got offered a Full time Position by the company where I was staffed at. since 2007 i have contracted with lots of other companies, i will call them (the other guys), but Insight Global stood out for me, they seem to have it together, Caitlin was onsite at contracting location helped me with the onboarding process, I was amazed with the regularly check on contractors, i have never seen this level of respect for their talents and commitment, typically with (the other guys) it would take days to contact a staff for basic things who mostly have no State presence or onsite presence. I live in Pittsburgh, PA and have been trying to relocate to Phoenix for a couple of months. A friend referred me to Insight global and I was asked to come in for an interview the next day (a Thursday) at the Fort Lauderdale office. At first, I thought the interview would be a waste of time as usual with staffing agencies, but it really wasn't with Insight Global. They sincerely care about you and want to get you back on your feet working. Really an Incredible team all together. Well, on getting to the office, a male staff attended to me, he was courteous enough to offer me a cup of water without asking him. Although this is my first time working with Insight Global, I couldn't be more pleased with their service and personal attention. Getting set up at first with all the system might seem like a lot of information to process but I always had a recruiter that was very familiar with my specific situation working with me; I could call, email or fax them that if your recruiter is not available immediately you can trust that you will always get a call back. Insight Global worked with me and listen not just to my compensation requirements but also to what I was looking for in matter of work environment, contract length, future aspirations, etc. I felt very comfortable talking with them and at no point felt pressured to take or accept any option they presented me with (something very hard to get from other staffing agencies). Getting noticed in the IT field is difficult at best, especially when you are looking for a job. Having reached out to recruiters that I had previously worked with and applying for dozens of jobs on my own, I was no closer to getting work. I have worked with several recruiting firms throughout my career, but I have to say that Insight Global actually is the best with which I have dealt. For about two months I had been sending resumes and filing applications all around Houston and Texas for a job. I worked with my Insight Global to find a new job after being laid off in March of 2012. They matched me to a position for which I was well suited and invited me to come in for a quick "prelim interview".
