My initial email to Craig was returned within a matter of hours and an appointment was scheduled for a Friday morning. I fired over my resume and some other requested information before hand. Even before our Friday meeting Craig had emailed me to let me know he had an opportunity that would most likely be of interest for me and would discuss it further in our meeting. Creative Niche is very thorough in the their set up. There's a fair bit of paperwork to fill out on your initial visit but they're just trying to set you up for success by getting a solid foundation of who you are, what you're about, and what you're looking for. Once the paperwork was out of the way I sat down with Craig and he explained how they work and the way they structure things. After that it was all about me. We went through my resume and delved into my work history, talked about the things I liked about where I was before and what I wanted to get out of my future career path.
