Chase and team were so easy to work with and very professional. They use secure modern software to upload your documents and ask clarifying questions and frankly that was my favorite part. It was so easy. I was withholding the wrong amount through the year meaning I had to pay a portion of the taxes I would have paid each pay check at the end of the year. This was scary. I started to do it by myself and was coming up with some crazy numbers. I went to Chase and in a couple of weeks he had it ironed out for me and I knew it was right.
