They do older home inspections and…read morecall out non-current code items that don't need to be fixed and are aafe but scare potential buyers. They miss important things based on my observation. These people just cost me $600,000 in lost sales, messed up three families moves and scared the crap out of a buyer that really wanted the home. 4 rusty screws on a metal roof means roof is going to need replaced or leak? Rusty metal screws on a metal roof, imagine that! Saying things like (paraphrasing) Hot water heater probably going to die soon because it's 10 years old. Didn't open the sink stopper all the way and said drains are slow. Made my house out like its falling apart piece of crap when less than $200 and 4 hours of work could address everything, including all the stuff that wasn't real and didn't need to be addressed. What a huge problem not having gutters on a shed?????? oh my God kill me now no shed gutters! Seriously? What ever would one do?? Water might run off a shed roof onto the ground. Holy crap thats terrible. My opinion, don't hire these guys unless you as a buyer want to be scared out of buying a really great perfectly good house. My opinion, the inspector was a rookie and only spent 40 minutes inspecting stupid stuff to make it seem as he was thorough and killed my sale. If I could give negative star rating, I would.
