After closing on the house in January and moving in last month, we've come to find many items that he missed on his inspection. The downstairs toilet was loose and not level, leading to wax ring failure which I had to fix. The refrigerator was full of mold(he checked all appliances) which I had to get replaced. He missed the burned outlet behind the fridge. He went up into the attic but missed leaks in the roof which were found by a reputable roofing company during their estimate. I'm disappointed in how much was missed considering how highly rated this company is.

My main concern was sweating vents in loft that was flipped from an attic, and Jayson did infrared imaging and saw that there was less insulation around it, which was having the heat hit all the cold air coming out causing sweating . He recently inspected a condominium we were purchasing in Ghent, VA. We were unable to be in town for the inspection. We were represented by our Real Estate agent and our son. Once Russell completed the inspection he called us on FaceTime to go over the complete inspection. He walked us through step by step showing pictures, meter readings, discrepancies found and noted. We were impressed at how thorough of an inspection Russell performed. The only time I would recommend this company for an inspection is if you're selling your home. They didn't check the GFCI at the electrical panel because someone was still living in the home, and they didn't inspect the chimney because a removable guard was in place.
