It confirmed my…read moresister's career choice for a medical career, and it helped me define my upcoming college major, which I sorely needed help with (I wanted to do everything!) Last year, my sister returned with her two high schoolers and me this year with mine. I will continue to use their services and recommend them highly! The sessions consist of non-traditional tests that evaluate your natural aptitudes. You also fill out a form at the end about career fields and hobbies that you like to do. The conclusion session is so enlightening. The researcher/tester explains all your aptitudes, your strengths and weaknesses, how those translate to career choices, college class choices and other education or job choices. They also tie in your likes with your natural aptitudes and show how the two can work together. This natural aptitude testing is so amazing to help understand yourself and how and why you do things a certain way. It can help a rising college student avoid changing majors often as his/her "likes" change, and can help any person understand their bent and help direct their job/career/hobby choices! A great investment that helps avoid costly choices (like changing majors) in the future.

The drive in was not that bad, and there was ample parking with security visible the entire time I was there. The McKinney Center, which is where the professional development courses take place, is a beautiful building. Spacious, bright. They even have coffee stations (decaf and caffeinated ln each floor of the building complete with creamer and various types of sugar. Water bottle stations are also available to keep you hydrated during professional development sessions. Classrooms are also spacious, providing charging stations on tables. Three presentation areas project presentations so no matter where you sit, you do not have to turn your head to see (although you may have to to turn your head to follow the speaker). Restrooms are clean but a little small in the area between sinks and stalls, so I would not say they're wheelchair accessible (just my opinion.) All in all, a great location and space to learn more comfortably.

Anyone can post a quick 5 star review. Amy sums it up. I have spent over two decades taking classes, designing instruction and teaching, so I can say from personal and professional experience there's a serious lack of communication and structure in this costly basic ACP program, one in which you essentially follow modules and teach yourself. The only consistency seems to be the staff overturn. Calling them can be an exercise in futility. If you cannot find your own answer through the materials provided and you call them, be prepared for a runaround. You will most likely receive conflicting "answers," or some circular argument that points the onus back on you. Research all the online programs before making a decision. A higher cost does not necessarily equal a higher quality "program." If you're paying to teach yourself online, there are several less expensive options that offer the same type of "package," but include more online support, which we essentially call "customer service."
