I was in SHOCK after the dislocated shoulder after I tried to open the lid/top . This is the FIRST time the owner has responded. I called to speak to Great Tanz and tried emailing. Bank said I had to talk to the business. Today is the first day in a month this person has responded. No one has responded to the BBB as of this past Friday. The attendant that day did say there were other issues where clients slipped but chose not to help me, take a report. anything. When I asked if she could help me she said "no".
