Drove 30 minutes one way with my kids to be told that they are going to pass on the item and I did not give an accurate description. When I pulled up the text thread to show that I DID in fact give an accurate description, I was told "oh, I didn't read that. We are going to pass." I can write it but I can't read it for you. If customers are going to be spending time driving to you from far distances you can at least slow down 20 seconds to read a message fully. When you do mess up, it probably isn't best practice to automatically place blame on the customer for your lack of reading. For this reason, we will no longer be shopping...or selling with them.
