When she rung me up, I assumed it was for the hair products that I was purchasing as well, so I didn't think anything of it. Well it turns out it was for a haircut and style. I had my hair cut super short with layers, so I had her blow dry it to ensure the layers were done properly. I was charged an extra $24 for blow drying without even a wash. I think it is unreasonable to think that blow drying my hair should cost an extra $24. I asked her if she was going to blow my hair dry with the cut and she said she would if I wanted her to. At no time, did she say that it would be an extra $24 to do so. Shame on this Great Clips location.

Then I got a call from the salon letting me know an appointment for 30 mins later had cancelled and they could fit me in!!! This was not only good luck, but a sign of great customer service! They were very attentive to get me started with removing old polish while waiting for my technician to finish with her previous client. You could tell that they have a lot of regular clients because everyone (clients and employees) were talking like old friends. My dip manicure turned out amazing and I can't wait to go back!!!

The stylist started out combing my hair completely to the wrong side/part until I corrected them. That was another giveaway--not even asking the client or observing the part as it's normally worn. The haircut itself was pretty uneventful, but uneven. I was left with some strands longer than others. Some pros are the nice staff and ease of online reservations. They weren't very busy when I was there and the staff members were loitering; I felt on display as the only client in their salon at the time. The pedicure stations looked nice, as does their spa services, but I'd skip the haircut.
