Consequently water leakage happened from their foundation walls and base. It's been a nightmare & horrible. They don't care after one year. They've used so many lousy subs. The company does not supervise much at all over their subs. They have so many homes spread out KC North but not supervising much. The house look OK exterior wise then lousy workmanship inside like Plumbing, Foundation, the sheetrock walls, Uneven Basement Floors, some I can mention here. The Sheet rock Walls Over Mantle above the Fire Place were not even straight up and not lining correctly with ceiling. I understand there's no perfect house. However this company is beyond my description. I had many sleepless nights in this house worrying what else could go wrong. I absolutely do not recommend to any buyers.

Brian is a jerk who treats the customer with no respect. He shakes his finger at you while yelling because he thinks he is better than you and tells you so. They insist on doing everything the way that is easiest for them, try to cut every corner possible and charge extra for everything. They argue about the smallest things, i.e. paint color, lighting and plumbing fixtures, etc. They refuse to take responsibility for mistakes they make, and believe me, they made plenty of them. If you insist on correcting their mistakes, they try to charge you. This was a constant struggle. We have had to have several things corrected by real professionals because of Bickimer's shoddy workmanship. I cannot caution you enough. If you are considering building or buying a house under construction with Bickimer, please think long and hard before you do. There are a lot of good builders out there that are far better than Bickimer.
