My cart said $24. $6 each and a $6 service fee. I approved a $24 charge, but was actually charged $113. There is a $60 minimum rental fee and a $49 delivery fee and taxes. The cart should have warned me that the rental fee was $60 not $18 and no mention of the delivery fee. I would have made a different decision had I possessed all the facts. They need to change the ordering program to include all this at point of sale.

Jeannie was open to trying backgrounds we suggested, but we did find that there was experience and wisdom in her recommendations. and ended up picking mostly those she had suggested. When these prints finally arrived the packaging was so poor it looked like a child did it and of course the corners of all the artwork were dented in. These prints are very easily damaged. One was replaced others were not and communication was horrible, we are left with damaged and dented prints and they would not stand behind poor packaging. Could not even track or communicate on tracking of package with us or the shipper! Simply put stay out of this place don't waste you time or money, 1 star is to good a review.

We were lucky on timing and there wasn't a long line, but I have seen it get pretty busy. We also had checked the place out on Yelp, so we had an idea of what scene and outfits we wanted to wear. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are little dressing rooms where you can change and they give you baskets to hold all your things, while you're getting photographed. They help you with all your finishing touches and to make the outfits flattering. You have to go in there knowing you're going to be spending some money. It's not cheap, but it's also not something you do very often. We decided to go with two pictures we liked as a couple and an individual shot of each of us in the retro coloring. We opted out of getting any additional frames or mattings. Not only were we flying with limited space, but we were able to find some back home that fit our photos and decor of our place a little better. It's a great idea for a family photo or couples, so I definitely recommend checking them out. I'd totally go back and do another backdrop-- maybe we'll be dangerous pirates next time. I'll just have to convince my boyfriend, since he's not a huge fan of dressing up.
