Dylan customized our menu based on my family's preferences for fresh, clean naturally flavorful dishes and he delivered an epic 5-course dinner that tasted as incredible as it looked. Truly fine dining in the comfort of our Airbnb home. I also appreciated how laid back and flexible Dylan was the entire time - he's a true professional and rolled with the punches. His 2nd chef couldn't make it last minute but Dylan made sure this didn't affect our experience by shopping for half of his ingredients and swinging by to check out our kitchen the day before so that he could maximize his time the day of. The presentation of each course was also perfectly timed, allowing for room to breathe in between and each new course was brought to us hot and fresh off the stove. (Anyone who's hosted Thanksgiving dinner will know it's not easy to time the cooking of multiple dishes at once - I've tried and failed ).
