If you've been to a self-service car wash, you know the drill. Fill the machine with quarters, spin the dial for pre-soak, foam brush, rinse, etc. I wouldn't recommend using the foam brush on anything but your wheels and be sure to blast out any dirt/grime first. The machines also take cards if that's something you feel comfortable doing. I did my three minutes, blasted off 700 miles of road grit from the low panels and the wheels. A good enough job and I can now take it to one of the Downtowner automatic car washes to finish the job and use their free vacuums. A-OK here. I suggest bringing some latex gloves.
