Additionally Josh had a great crew pack, store, and ship our many fragile belongings for an out of state move, including moving an antique grand piano and antique bed that required extra delicate care. Everything arrived on time with not one item damaged. The crews on both sides of the move were excellent. So I eventually had to look up their number on my phone, and re-negotiate. While I was negotiating, I left the 2 men unattended, and to this day, still cannot find a DeWalt drill I had in the shed. Being able to communicate via email, and getting all my many questions answered quickly, was a huge advantage over other companies I contacted. Jim was running slightly late at his previous job, but called me ahead of time to let me know, which I appreciated. And I surely put him in the exact same position with his next client, as I kept adding things beyond what we originally discussed I wanted removed once he was here, including a queen sized mattress/boxspring and a heavy bureau.
