I had an absolutely terrible experience with State Farm Agent Katherine Schmidt. I had been a…read moreState Farm policy holder for more than 25 years and never had any difficulties with the company whatsoever. However, when my previous Agent retired, my account was transferred to Ms. Schmidt. Ms. Schmidt had no difficulty in accepting my premium payments, but when I wanted to make a change in my policy, she was completely unresponsive. I reached out to her three times but never received a single return phone call. I even made a personal visit to her office but she was not there. In fact, on one of the days that I was supposed to receive a phone call from her, I just happened to notice that she was playing with her girlfriends on social media rather than contacting me as I requested. In my view, that clearly reflected how much Ms. Schmidt valued me as a client. Ms. Schmidt had never contacted me nor was I able to make the changes I wanted. I did speak to the corporate offices at State Farm and received an apology for Ms. Schmidt's behavior. The corporate offices assured me that they would address the issue with Ms. Schmidt. Nevertheless, I no longer do business with State Farm because of my experiences with Ms. Schmidt and her unwillingness to value me as a customer when I wanted to make changes to my insurance policy. It is for the reasons outlined above that I do not do business with Ms. Schmidt and do not recommend her. My advice is to find another insurance agent.

They said it would be "impossible" for me to register my car because I wrote my first name properly hyphenated on the title. Drove the extra 15 minutes to the actual AzMVD in Avondale and they said it was a NON ISSUE.. The AzMVD rep mentioned Ayala by name and said they are "uncooperative and incompetent". The business is empty everyday with no wait for a reason. Just go the MVD on Van Buren and Eliso instead and keep your peace.
