Avoid at all costs. They don't seem to understand simple tasks. They sent me to the MVD because my license was missing a hyphen (which Arizona used to not include on licenses). They said it would be "impossible" for me to register my car because I wrote my first name properly hyphenated on the title. Drove the extra 15 minutes to the actual AzMVD in Avondale and they said it was a NON ISSUE.. The AzMVD rep mentioned Ayala by name and said they are "uncooperative and incompetent". The business is empty everyday with no wait for a reason. Just go the MVD on Van Buren and Eliso instead and keep your peace. read more

I bought a Golfcart and went in to register it, I was informed that someone already signed in the buyer section and never registered it so I would need to get a bonded title and could cost up to $1000 dollars,which I later found to be a lie, it's a $1500 card and the bond is 1.5% so it would cost the $100 minimum! I decided to sell the cart and told the buyer to go there and I would deduct the bond amount, they told her they couldn't do a bond and the only way was to track down the previous buyer, she backed out of the sale! Making the difficult look so easy and effortless is an art. AJ did just that at this location. I dreaded dealing with a complicated temporary registration for a used car purchased in a complicated transaction. DMV research was no help. One call, easy clear directions on how to process and an invite to come in got the process going. Then a simple trip, a 2 minute wait and AJ went to work. I was on the road in no time. I came in with a notarized DMV-supplied POA and was told that it didn't allow me to sign for the other party. (So... what does a POA do then? Lol) When I stated that the DMV provided the form I was told that I probably didn't ask the right question for what I was trying to get done. The only reason this isn't a 1 star review is because I was given the forms the employee deemed required to do what was needed. Terrible service I highly recommend not going there. I had them do title work and they added a number to the millage and I did not catch it at the time. My bad for not thoroughly checking when the person doing the title repeated to me twice thinking they had some competency. They would get a zero if I could. read more

Very disappointed with my experience with them. Took multiple 6+ minute calls just to get someone to answer the phone. When they finally answered I asked for notary services. I was told there was a notary available. They verified the office I was going to and reaffirmed there was a notary. Upon arrival I am told the notary doesn't have their stamp so they were unable to notarize. Just very disappointed that a business that provides that service wouldn't be prepared to provide the service. read more

Stopped in to get a registration for the Prius Plug-in I purchased a month ago, as the temporary registration was expiring. First, they sent me to get an emissions inspection, so I spent 45 min going to the emissions test location and waiting in line... only to be told my vehicle was exempt due to the type and year of car. So I came back and explained that my vehicle was exempt. The woman says - "oh, what year is your car? I didn't even check." Then, when I inquired about the alternative fuel plates (I've since learned - after going to the DMV - that this program is no longer open), she told me it's not for gas-only vehicles, and that my Prius Plug-in was, in fact, gas only. What a waste. I left and went to the DMV where they took care of everything, and explained that what the other woman was reading as "gas-only" actually only meant that my car does use gas. Both the emissions inspector AND the DMV agent told me what the woman told me was junk. So glad I took my stuff and went to the busier, sort of annoying, but WAY more knowledgeable place. read more

Spend over an hour working with Ana and couldn't get my car registered. Went down the street to metro and got it done in less than 10 minutes. She was not friendly or polite, she went back on what she told me multiple times and changed pricing each time. Had me using out of date email and tried telling me it was my service and to wait by the door, I sent the same information to another employee and they received it right away. read more

Went in today and the girl told me she couldn't take my title transfer because the stamped bled out too much and she couldn't read the name on it. Then she tells me because the last names match and we are related that it is against the law. There is no law that states that it is illegal to notarize for a family member unless it is a beneficial interest, a financial interest, or an emotional interest involved. She told me there wasn't anything she could do to help me. I drove down the street to All-Metro and the guy said there wasn't anything wrong with my document and he said he could read it and that he could check the Notary Public's Commission Number through the Secretary of State records and commissions in Arizona. He was extremely professional and got me out of there within 5 minutes. I recommend you to stay away from this unprofessional place. read more
