Do not take your baby or young child here!!…read more After booking the only family swimming slot today we walked into ear deafening club music being blasted at 10.30am in the morning the entire time, my son clung to me covering his ears the entire time. There was no notice or way of knowing this when you booked the slot online. When we tried to leave a group of school kids came in for the lesson, they pushed past us and took every baby changing room and even adults shut the baby change doors on my infant 1 year olds face, members of staff and the school staff watched and awkwardly and did nothing. It took 20 minutes and a nice random elder lady to hold open a baby change door and shout for us. When we finally got inside the baby change room it was nothing lile the one we used on the way in, there was no water or handwash facility unlike the first and the room was also smaller. It was just a red plastic table with a small indent for a baby and a hole in the middle. When my child had a accident I was left in a small room with urine puddling on the floor bellow us and nothing to help me wash my child. I managed to wrap up all my things and move the the ONLY baby changing stall with running water then quickly leave. Having 1 decent baby change room and 6 other basic rooms is not okay. Staff members and school staff watching as children and adults selfishly take baby change rooms because of the bigger size and push and shut doors in our face is not okay. Never bring your infant here.

Nick and the team are great, very friendly and welcoming and obviously really love and are passionate about what they do! The Fitness Centre is the first 'supervised' gym I've been to and what a great concept! There is always someone on hand for a bit of support and encouragement (in my case the occasional push when i'm tempted to start slacking!) or to show you new exercises to help you really concentrate on any areas you most want to target! (I've discovered muscles i didn't even know i had!) With their help and guidance I've actually really surprised myself and am capable of much more than I knew I would be which is great! I have to be totally honest and say it had been about a year since I'd been to the gym due to previous work commitments and I'd by lying if I said I was looking forward to it!(why is it that exercise is the easiest habit to fall out of and the hardest to get back in to?!)But having made the first step of hauling myself along to sign up I'm actually gob smacked that I actively look forward to going!!! And that was only after my first session! I felt so great after, that I am officially hooked and have been every day since!
