There is no response and my real estate website is redirected to a porn site. Cannot reach anyone at Intagent. This is a disgrace.

I read all the reviews and was very skeptical at first so it took me a few days to commit. Victoria my sales rep and I talked it over and came to an agreement on a Friday. I was assigned Lloyd as my site designer and he was so wonderful to work with. Lloyd and I worked remotely and had a few phone conversations and my site was up and running in 2 business days. I was honestly pleased with the outcome so I had to give a good review. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend utilizing their services. PS. Update: Intagent has apparently replaced some of their personnel and have refunded me the money they charged me. I am happy to post this update as it seems they are headed in the right direction in providing much improved customer service. Kudos to Intagent. read more

On or around the 28th day of January, 2019, I contacted your company to design a semi custom website which cost 350.00. I informed you all that I was leaving my old website company and that it was important that I have my website up and going by the 16th of February, 2019 which you all did not have up and running. in fact, my website was down for several days. I had to call my MLS to expedite the transfer of the IDX due to their slow-fullness and negligence and a substandard version of a website was placed representing my company. Second, they asked me to choose from a list of templates in which I did so. However, when the design that I received, looked nothing like what I had stated and it took 4 weeks to get a design of one page in which it was incomplete and unexceptionable . After speaking several times with your designer, A. whom I was assigned to me, I informed M. how very dissatisfied with his services and design. This gentleman, doesn't pay attention to written instructions or is just incompetent to complete the tasks at hand. However,, I called my sales representative, M and D the owner or Supervisor) again, I expressed how unhappy I was with and the fact that he was not listening to my requests and that they were just plainly ignored. After speaking with the owner or supervisor (D), he stated that my requests would be taken care of however, they NEVER WERE. Therefore, after repeated calls and unresponsive attempts, I requested a refund for in the amount of 350.00 plus 39.99 IDX fee within 7-10 day however, as of this 4th day of April, 2019, my refund haven't been received. read more

Do not deal with this company. They make all these promises and promise a 2-3 day turn around and then 2-3 weeks later, still no website. They asked me a few questions in email to get the site setup, i answered all of them, and they still get the work all wrong. Even having to repeat myself over and over, the communication was extremely poor. The person i originally dealt with Mark Quinn (sales director was his title on email) was quick to take my money and get me started, then when things went south and I asked for a refund, decided not to respond to multiple emails to him. I even try to call the company now and have to leave a message for someone to call me back. Don't be fooled by their fancy looking website, they are unprofessional and i'm sure are very small. In fact, one lady that i spoke to initially when requesting my design, had basic english skills, and never decided to review my email requests the first time. On top of this, I had a scheduled call from Mark Quinn to discuss final amendments and training before website would be launched, and he never turned up to the call. A day later after another email to him, he mentioned he had taken that day off sick. And that was that, no attempt for him to reschedule, no reply's back from emails and not website almost 3 weeks later. I still can't get my money back from this company and I now have to open up a credit card dispute with this company. There are plenty other website companies out there that can help you save all the headache and stress. I had and Intagent website for years because it was affordable. I was paying $29.95 a month. Our local MLS has a free IDX weblink but the site really doesn't produce leads. I mainly used the site to advertise my listings to past clients and link to social media. Last year they called me and said if I pay a full year in advance they will give me a discount. I told them I would but when next year comes around I do not want annual billing I want to go back to month to month. The guy agreed. I had been checking about another website that is more expensive but provides leads and thought if that doesn't work I can go back to Intagent. So April 3rd I sent a cancellation email not realizing April 2nd they had charged my debit card a full year for the website. I emailed them, called billing, emailed support, and called my rep several times when finally on the 9th he called back. I told him he needed to talk to billing because they wouldn't return my calls and he said he would talk to the billing supervisor. Every time you call billing after a few minutes the recording says they are busy helping other customers and it goes to voice mail. I didn't hear back from the rep so I called and that number was disconnected. I emailed support again and someone called after about a week and I explained the whole thing over again. He said he would check on it. I never heard back. It was now mid May. I tried calling one more time and left a strong message for billing but no return call or action. I turned it in to my credit card company to try to get a refund but it takes time. The date today is June 13th 2019 and no word yet. This company will rip you off. I left at least 10 messages over 7 weeks and multiple emails. They can't tell me they didn't get them. Especially since at least 2 people were "checking on it". What a joke. The shot themselves in the foot because I am now looking for a new website and I will never use or recommend Intagent. Bad business. read more

I have had Intagent for a few years but it has never worked fully. The search home feature no longer works, the listings have not worked. I have contacted them and they seem nice but nothing ever got fixed, so the website is there but of no use. read more
