I had my website, which I purchased on my own, after a disagreement I wanted to move my site, which I was told from Day 1 that I owned, she dismantled my website claiming she builr it, she owns it. I now find out she has parked my site thru ENOM and will not release it to me. I am now hoing into litigation for my Domain Name, damages, cost of rebuilding my site. Had a awful experience. Wanted to set up a website. They called me back female . Spoke to Melanie she was so so rude. I told her I'm old school please explain she just told me I'm not a fit for a website and she can't help me, so so rude I said why are you talking this way. She started laughing I said why are you laughing are you mocking me . She just said I'm not a fit for a website. I have to have a live chat with my face I said this sounds ridiculous. She just said I can't help you. I said let me talk to a manager and she just hung up the phone. I don't know how this company has her try and help people set up a website. If I could give this company a zero rating I would have. the lady called me as scheduled for my interview and asked me how my ideal website would be designed? when I told her what I wanted she got nasty with me and sad we don't do that if you want it that way find someone else. They're "supposed" to be the website designer if you were going to get mad why would you ask me what I wanted.
