We wake up to the sunrise and enjoy coffee on our patio overlooking beautifully landscaped areas. It is clean, the entry ways are well lit, we don't hear our neighbors, etc. Who knew that I would Google "apartment living in Melbourne" in early February and be living here by 4/1? I felt right at home with Anthony who we flew down to meet and tour the property in late February. We were in the room 5 minutes and saw 3 German cockroaches, bloodstains and hair on multiple layers of sheets and bedding on one bed, and some kind of yellow and black stains on the other bed's sheets. It looked like someone walked on it in shoes and then peed on it. The parking lot was crawling with legitimate crackheads. One asked me to buy him a drink if he gave me money, he looked 40 so I have no idea what that was about. Don't go here, sleep in your car if you have to, but not in that parking lot. You'll most likely die. UPDATE: the management of Aladdin Motel/OYO Rooms are fully denying me any refund of $400 because "there was absolutely nothing wrong" with the room. Which I only spent 5 minutes in and then left and never came back. So they just got a free $400 from a disabled woman and probably rented out the same room and got more money too for that absolutely unacceptable, filthy, disgusting, and the only time I've ever rejected a motel or hotel room in my life.

The garbage is overloaded, we have complained and they say its because waste management only picks on twice a week, they have one dumpster for the whole apartment complex, the garbage stinks, we have rats and rodents around it and its gross, the pool cushions are ripped up and stained, they state it is a no smoking community and no glass containers or drinking at the pool, I wouldnt want a small child at the pool, the smoke, drink, vape, and have glass every where, leave there garbage , with zero consequences, I have complained and they do nothing. Also, now people are using the parking lots to work on there cars, oil stains, gas stains, cars up on ramps, it looks awful, who wants to see that in their neighborhood. Not I. Beware when you rent here. Not all that it cracks up to be. Cant wait to move out.
