They told me it would be $175 originally but ended up charging me $50. I tried to pay with a $100 bill. They didn't have change so I said I would bring it back. They called me 3 times!!!! "When are you bringing the $50?" I was gone 2 hours! They sure did pick up the phone to "remind" me to come back and pay but couldn't do that when I was wondering where my paperwork was? Newly assigned associates typically took 3-5 days to answer modest inquiries, with incomplete follow-through, lacked thoroughness, and triggered overt criticism (via email from Seniors directed at Associate prior to "crunch time.")
