I found it to be a very caring place the people are nice and helpful. I don't agree with them charging 50 dollars if you are not showing up or have to call in the 24 hours ahead of time. Things happen. The care won't start or your ride didn't show up on time. That's encludes coming in five minutes late. Traffic is at times heavy and slows you down. The office manager is incredibly unqualified and rude. The nurse practitioners don't seem to stay long so you have to keep changing to someone else. The office staff doesn't seem to care about anyone's personal privacy. They are low grade and don't truly care for anyone. read more

Cold, unhappy staff and hateful medical office manager. Refused to fill out medical information paperwork for Sedgwick LOA, potentially costing me my job. Their excuse was my last appointment was 10 months prior and I didn't come to a July appointment - one I didn't schedule, and they didn't tell me they scheduled on my behalf. On another note, I once spent an entire therapy session talking to my therapist at the time about one person, only to discover at the end of the session they thought I was talking about an entirely different person. I left feeling like I let a student cut my hair for an exorbitant amount of money. Incompetent. Bad attitude. Poor communication. Not what you want from people who deal with rehabilitating people who are trying to improve. Would give a half star if I could. Take your money someplace better. Overall, IBH needs to hire people who want to help people and send their current staff off to somewhere better suited for them - like a law firm, or hell. read more
