As is the case with the Massage Centre. Booking was easy. I popped in one day and was able to get an appointment soon - the next day if I wanted. The space is clean and relaxing unlike other spas in the area (South Beach, Luminis (fka Dove Spa)) where the spa is loud and hectic and, god for bid, the therapy rooms are located below street-level and the constant creaking of floor boards completely ruins any therapy you are paying your hard earned cash for. My therapist was knowledgeable, used appropriate pressure, and provided me with stretching techniques to help reduce the stiffness and tension in my upper back. So, all of this was great. The other great thing about my therapist was that she did not pressure me to book massages every two weeks or even every month. She had a brain on her shoulders and understands how expensive a two-week massage regimen wold be. I mean, wouldn't we all get massages every two weeks if we could afford it? I bet Kim Kardashian gets a massage daily but you know what? I'm not Kim Kardashian. I'm just a normal person with bad posture from banging away on the computer writing Yelp reviews all damn day. Nothing ruins a relaxing experience more than being made to feel bad about not treating your body awesomely by getting massages every two weeks. I tend to be a bit shy in massages - hardly ever speaking up - and never getting the right amount of pressure applied to my back, especially. But this actually felt like a partnership in getting me the best possible outcome. We agreed that given all the annoyance it gives me, he would spend the whole hour just focused on my back, neck and shoulders. This was absolutely the best massage of my life - I could literally feel the tension escaping my body - and now, a week later, my back feels 1000x better than it has in years. For me, this isn't a monthly relaxing spa date to put on my calendar but assured relief from day to day built up tensions and stress that we all put our bodies under doing various activities. I had hurt my shoulder . They gave me an appointment the same day. I met with Hazel, the resident Osteopath and she was fantastic. She was so thorough in her assessment of me and the work she did that day really helped my shoulder. She followed up with me a couple of days later and I luckily only needed one more appointment. The service I got was thorough. The value was good and they didn't push you into treatment you didn't need. I felt they were trustworthy and committed to giving their clients the best possible treatment. On top of this they were really friendly. I would highly recommend them.

I had been suffering for 2 weeks with swooshing in my ear and a twitch in my eye caused by stress of wedding planning and lack of sleep and it was driving me crazy.
